This beautiful, remodeled Ilikai marina unit has wooden floors and wood accents throughout the unit. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the yacht harbor and a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean from the lanai. On Friday nights, enjoy the weekly fireworks display! The beach is just a few minutes away from your doorsteps and there are many restaurants and shops in the area.

Mooroolbark, AU, September 14, 2024 Stayed for 10 days in September 2024This property is located in a very convenient spot on the western end of Waikiki. It has everything you could need. The kitchen is a bonus as you can chose to self cater if you so desire. Ala Moana shopping centre is a short walk away. The bus stop is very close by. The bed is firm but comfortable and there is plenty of room overall. The lanai is quite small but okay for two people. I can't say that I would recommend the property if you have small children. The entry instructions are a bit light on detail and it should be noted that the entrance to the property is under the pedestrian bridge on Hobron Lane, not Ala Moana Blvd.

It's so so clean, minimally and beautifully decorated and works well for our family. It's convenient to so much and our daughter attends UH which makes it easy to see her. We really like that it's not just tourists staying here and that half the property is made up of local residents. We missed our flight home and had to stay another night and had no problems at all extending our stay at the last minute. I was very grateful for the ability to stay another night.

The views from the condo are amazing and you’re high up on the 17th floor so the street noise is minimal. The unit looks to be recently updated. I will say it’s very sparse on toiletries, soap and spare sheets (they had none - only one set for the bed and one for the sleeper sofa). They only provide one roll of toilet paper and one soap for the kitchen (no soap for the bathroom). They do not provide any laundry detergent either should you need to do laundry. Other than that - it’s a great condo and I’d definitely stay here again.

The it was exactly as pictured, however, be prepared that you will you will be expected to launder your linens and towels prior to departure. There is a cleaning fee so I guess that does not include laundering linens and making the beds? Glad the unit was clean!

It was well decorated but not as well-equipped as many VRBO’s are. There was no shampoo or staple kitchen items like salt/pepper, oil, foil, or saran. The fabulous Friday fireworks, observed from the small balcony, more than made up for any lack of supplies. The view of the ocean and the marina was amazing as well. It would’ve been appreciated if a parking pass came with the condo.

As a "local" girl born and raised on Oahu, we have been back to Hawaii many times to visit friends and family. We love the location and have stayed at the Ala Moana Hotel and Ilikai Hotel in the past. Recently, we discovered the Ilikai Marina Condos and stayed there in 2015. Although we loved the location and the unit we rented had a spectacular view, it had not been upgraded. We spent a lot of time prior to our next trip looking at all the units in the Ilikai Marina and could not have made a better choice! Unit #1788 is exactly as pictured. Beautiful, clean, fantastic view, nicely decorated, quiet and overall just perfect. We loved having breakfast at the Harbor Pub downstairs and having the Chart House so convenient for drinks and pupus. You can't beat the location! Since we spend a lot of time visiting family and friends, we found it centrally located to all. I'm also a clean freak so was very glad the unit was spotless and maintained very nicely. The management company was also very easy to work with and made the entire reservation process seamless. Their instructions were easy to understand and communicated details to a tee. Although there is a fee for parking, it's still reasonable and convenient. Overall, we loved this unit and will be back on all future trips to Oahu. We would highly recommend Ilikai Marina Condos Unit #1788 to all! You won't be disappointed.

Also, close to one of the largest shopping malls in the US, the Ala Mona Shopping Center apps a 15-20 min walk, every name store you can think of is there. If you aren’t renting a car, the buses stop near and you can ride them all over the island. One of my favorite places to eat is the Chart House and it’s located down stairs, food is great and their fabulous Mud Pie for dessert is incredible and very large!!! Friday night fireworks could be seen from our lani and starts 7:45-8:00

No issues with the unit at all. We were attending a conference at Hawaii Convention Center and this location was excellent for walking.Would rent again if back in town. 17th floor gave picturesque view of the shore and sunsets. Can also see the Hilton fireworks from lanai.
